Therapy with me

Curiosity first.
Your pace, always.

A collaborative space for making meaning, noticing possibilities, and finding practical ways to live more like yourself.

Therapy that feels human.

I believe therapy works best when it feels human. My hope is that sessions feel less like sitting under a microscope and more like a meaningful conversation over coffee: thoughtful, collaborative, and shaped around who you are rather than who the world expects you to be.

You bring knowledge of your own life. I bring questions, perspectives, and tools. Alongside reflection and meaning-making, I’m happy to offer concrete, actionable strategies when that’s helpful. Together, we’ll decide what makes our time useful to you.

Your relationships are welcome here.

Polyamory, consensual kink, and alternative relationships can be part of our conversation without judgment. You do not need to spend sessions teaching me the basics. We can begin with what matters to you, whether your relationships are the focus of therapy or simply part of your life.

More than one way to tell your story.

My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches offer ways to explore the stories you’ve carried, make space for the parts of you trying to protect you, and build a life more connected to your values, identity, and sense of meaning.

Narrative Therapy invites us to notice the stories shaping your life, including those handed to you by families, communities, and systems. We can look for the values, abilities, and possibilities those stories may have overlooked.

Making room for what matters.

ACT offers ways to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings while taking steps toward your values. An IFS-informed approach brings curiosity to the different parts of you, including the ones that seem to be pulling in opposite directions. We can use these ideas in ordinary language, at a pace that works for you.

Support for the life you’re actually living.

I cherish working with all forms of neurodiversity and with people living with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, and fluctuating capacity. You do not need to be “productive enough,” “consistent enough,” or “put together enough” to deserve support. Therapy can make room for the realities of your life exactly as they are.

We can talk openly about energy, sensory needs, communication preferences, and what makes sessions more accessible. Your needs can change, and our work can adapt with them.

Non-integrative treatment for DID and OSDD.

I offer non-integrative treatment for dissociative identity disorder (DID) and other specified dissociative disorder (OSDD). Together, we can discuss your needs and goals, and shape our work around what you want from therapy.
