How I can help
For lives beyond
the usual script.
Support for anxiety, self-worth, identity, relationships, and life transitions, with particular care for neurodiversity, chronic illness, and the many ways people experience the world. You don’t need to fit neatly into a category to deserve support.
01 /All forms of neurodiversity
I cherish working with all forms of neurodiversity. Together, we can explore your needs, unlearn harsh expectations, and build strategies that fit the way your mind works. We can talk about masking, overwhelm, self-understanding, and how to ask for what helps.
02 /Chronic illness & disability
I cherish working with people living with chronic illness and changing capacity. There is room for pain, fatigue, grief, uncertainty, and fluctuating capacity. You do not have to earn support through productivity or consistency. Therapy can support a life shaped around your needs and values.
03 /Anxiety, self-worth & life transitions
Anxiety, shame, burnout, and changing life circumstances can make it hard to feel at home in yourself. We can explore what needs care, reconnect with what matters, and find practical steps toward the next chapter.
04 /Gender, sexuality & identity
Gender-affirming care for exploring identity, transition, authenticity, and self-understanding. We can make room for both safety and self-expression, alongside questions of belonging and the stories others have placed on you.
05 /Relationships & connection
I welcome polyamorous people and those in consensual kink and alternative relationships. You do not need to teach me the basics or worry that these parts of your life will be judged. We can explore boundaries, communication, attachment, and what connection means to you, with curiosity and respect for your relationships.
06 /DID & OSDD
I offer non-integrative treatment for people living with dissociative identity disorder (DID) and other specified dissociative disorder (OSDD). Our work is collaborative and shaped around your goals, needs, and pace, with space to discuss what you want from therapy.
07 /Animal care professionals
As a veterinary social worker, I enjoy supporting people who care for animals. Therapy offers space to talk about your experiences, relationships, self-worth, burnout, and the demands of your work, with support shaped around your needs.
